Cabergoline 0.5 mg Tablets is a dopamine receptor agonist. It works by blocking prolactin secretion from the pituitary gland.

Cabergoline Tablets are used for treating disorders associated with high prolactin levels: persistent breast milk production, lack of a menstrual period, infertility, and other conditions such as Parkinson's disease.

CLOMIPHENE CITRATE TABLETS
Clomiphene Citrate belongs to the drug class of synthetic ovulation stimulants.
​
Clomiphene Citrate Tablets stimulate the release of hormones necessary for ovulation to occur. Clomiphene (Generic e Clomid) is used to stimulate ovulation (the release of an egg) when a woman's ovaries can produce a follicle but hormonal stimulation is deficient.
Clomiphene causes the pituitary gland to produce more follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), which, in turn, stimulate the ovaries into producing more eggs and follicles. Impediments to achieving pregnancy must be excluded or adequately treated before starting therapy using Clomiphene. Clomiphene citrate may also be used for the treatment of secondary male hypogonadism. Clomiphene Tablets is available in 25 & 50 mg compositions.

For Women :
The Estradepo (Estradiol valerate) injection is a long-acting estrogen injection used to treat hot flushes (hot flashes; sudden strong feelings of heat and sweating) and/or vaginal dryness, itching, and burning in women who are experiencing menopause (change of life; the end of monthly menstrual periods).
Dosage : Once every 3 to 4 weeks
For Men :
Estradepo (Estradiol valerate) injection is used to treat the symptoms of prostate cancer.
Dosage : Once every 1 to 2 weeks.

IBANDRONATE SODIUM TABLETS
Ibandronate Sodium is used to treat or prevent osteoporosis in women after menopause.

Ibandronic acid is a bisphosphonate medication used in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and metastasis-associated skeletal fractures in people with cancer. It increases bone mineral density (BMD) and reduces the incidence of vertebral fractures. It may also be used to treat hypercalcemia.

Dosage : The dose of Ibandronate sodium is one 150 mg tablet taken once monthly on the same date each month.

RALOXIFENE TABLETS
Raloxifene is a medication used to prevent and treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and those on glucocorticoids. For osteoporosis, it is less preferred than bisphosphonates. It is also used to reduce the risk of breast cancer in those at high risk.
Raloxifene is an oral selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that has estrogenic actions on bone and anti-estrogenic actions on the uterus and breast.

Dosage : Usual Adult Dose for Osteoporosis is 60 mg orally per day.

RISEDRONATE TABLETS
Risedronate is used for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and to increase bone mass in men with osteoporosis.

Risedronate belongs to a class of medications called bisphosphonates and is used by adults to treat a disease that weakens bones (Paget's disease). This medication helps to reduce bone pain and may prevent long-term complications from this disease. Risedronate works by slowing bone loss to help maintain strong bones and reduce the risk of broken bones (fractures).

Dosage : Adult dosage for treatment of osteoporosis :
Typical dosages: one 5 mg immediate-release tablet daily, OR
one 35 mg immediate-release tablet or delayed-release tablet per week, OR
one 75 mg immediate-release tablet taken 2 days in a row, for a total of 2 tablets taken each month, OR
one 150 mg immediate-release tablet once per month.
